This information is not transferred or shared with any other client or entity. All ideas and content are treated as the client’s intellectual property and are used only to perform the requested service. Launchly reserves the right to use the project name or logo in promotional, documentation, and marketing materials, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
Service delivery mechanism
Services are provided after the client completes the appropriate form and books the first session. The team reserves the right to request additional clarifications to ensure high-quality service. Some services may require a separate agreement between the two parties, depending on the type and nature of the service.
Payment and Refund
The payment mechanism is agreed upon in advance if the service is paid. The customer is not entitled to a refund after the service has begun, unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the start time. Launchly reserves the right to cancel the service and refund the amount paid if it cannot be provided for reasons beyond its control.
Amendments to the Terms
Launchly reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via the Website or email as appropriate. Your continued use of the Website after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be resolved through the competent judicial authorities in Abu Dhabi.
