العميل: هو أي فرد أو جهة تستخدم الموقع أو تتقدم بطلب للحصول على خدمة.
يُشترط أن يكون المستخدم بعمر لا يقل عن 18 سنة، أو حاصلًا على إذن قانوني من ولي أمر أو جهة مخولة. يلتزم المستخدم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة عند تعبئة النماذج. يحتفظ الموقع بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود معلومات مضللة أو استخدام غير قانوني.
يتم التعامل مع بيانات العملاء بسرية تامة. تُستخدم المعلومات المقدمة فقط لغرض تقديم الخدمة أو تحسين تجربة المستخدم. لا تتم مشاركة البيانات مع أي طرف ثالث دون إذن صريح، إلا في حال طلب قانوني رسمي.
جميع المحتويات النصية، التصاميم، الصور، والأدوات على هذا الموقع مملوكة لـ Launchly أو مرخصة لاستخدامها. لا يُسمح بإعادة نشر أو استخدام هذه المواد دون إذن كتابي مسبق. تُعد المخرجات المقدمة للعميل (مثل دراسات الجدوى، الخطط) مخصصة له ويُحظر بيعها أو نشرها لطرف ثالث.
تلتزم Launchly بالحفاظ على سرية الأفكار والمعلومات التي يشاركها العميل خلال الجلسات أو عبر النماذج. لا يتم نقل هذه المعلومات أو مشاركتها مع أي عميل أو جهة أخرى. تُعامل جميع الأفكار والمحتويات كملكية فكرية خاصة بالعميل، ولا تُستخدم إلا في إطار تنفيذ الخدمة المطلوبة. تحتفظ Launchly بالحق في استخدام اسم المشروع أو شعاره في المواد التعريفية والتوثيقية والتسويقية، ما لم يُطلب خلاف ذلك كتابيًا من العميل.
يتم تقديم الخدمات بعد تعبئة النموذج المناسب من قبل العميل وحجز موعد الجلسة الأولى. يحق للفريق طلب توضيحات إضافية لضمان تقديم الخدمة بجودة عالية. قد تتطلب بعض الخدمات توقيع اتفاقية منفصلة بين الطرفين حسب نوع وطبيعة الخدمة.
يتم الاتفاق على آلية الدفع مسبقًا في حال كانت الخدمة مدفوعة. لا يحق للعميل استرداد المبلغ بعد بدء تقديم الخدمة، إلا في حال الإلغاء قبل موعد البدء بمدة لا تقل عن 48 ساعة. يحق لـ Launchly إلغاء الخدمة مع إرجاع المبلغ المدفوع في حال تعذر تقديمها لأسباب خارجة عن الإرادة.
تحتفظ Launchly بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بذلك عبر الموقع أو البريد الإلكتروني عند الحاجة. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يتم حل أي نزاع عبر الجهات القضائية المختصة في أبوظبي.
